Terms of engagement

Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning an assessment, throughput review, mapping engagement, or advisory retainer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Descriptions of assessments and rates are informational. A signed statement of work or written quote defines the binding scope, deliverables, fees, and schedule for any engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of InfraData Flow unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Client data and system information you provide remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use that information solely to perform the engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or submit false contact information. During engagements you remain responsible for lawful access credentials and change-control approvals.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, InfraData Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or from decisions you make after receiving assessment findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a statement of work states otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Ulsan shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
