Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message, assessment interest, flow description).
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when essential for security or, with consent, analytics cookies.
• Engagement records needed to deliver assessments (system contacts, access logs you authorize, meeting notes).

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to briefing requests and prepare quotes (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). Engagement data is processed to perform contracts. Analytics cookies run only with consent as described on our cookies page.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active quote or dispute. Contract and invoice records follow Korean commercial retention requirements. Analytics identifiers follow the durations in the cookies table.

Your rights

International transfers

Our services are directed to business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
