About
Practitioners who follow the request, not the slogan
InfraData Flow grew out of late-night incidents in colo halls and hybrid clouds where charts looked green while customers waited. We formed the practice in Ulsan to give engineering and operations teams a clear reading of latency and throughput along the infrastructure-to-application path.
Origin
Our first engagements were with teams shipping retail and logistics software across Korea’s east coast and Seoul edges. Monitors existed. What was missing was a shared map of where wait time accumulated between network gear, middleware, and application code.
We keep the practice small on purpose: senior analysts who can sit with your on-call group, read traces and packet captures, and write findings that developers and facilities staff both recognize.
How we work with clients
- Start from a named user or batch flow, not from a tool catalogue.
- Prefer measurements on your systems over synthetic demos.
- Document owners for each hop so remediations do not stall in handoff gaps.
- Leave artifacts your team can revisit after the engagement ends.
Values we hold to
Clarity over volume. We would rather deliver one annotated path diagram than a binder of unused recommendations. Respect for production windows — we schedule invasive checks with your change process. Honesty when a problem is capacity, code, or coordination rather than “more visibility.”
Where we work
Engagements are led from Ulsan with travel to client sites across Korea when the flow under study lives in physical plant. Remote sessions cover hybrid and cloud edges when access and compliance allow.
