Refunds, deposits, and rescheduling
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to professional assessment and advisory engagements sold by InfraData Flow — not to software subscriptions or physical goods.
Eligibility
Fees are tied to reserved analyst time, preparation, and on-site logistics. Refunds depend on how much work has started and how close we are to a reserved window.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to contact@infradataflow.digital within 14 days of the charge you dispute, or earlier if your statement of work sets a different notice period.
Full or partial refunds
- Full refund of prepaid project fees if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.
- Partial refund if you cancel after kickoff but before primary measurement windows: typically fees for completed workshops, path inventory, and preparation are retained; unused measurement days may be refunded minus a 15% administration fee.
- Advisory retainers billed monthly are refundable only for unused full months when cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing date.
Non-refundable items
- Completed measurement days and delivered reports.
- Third-party travel already purchased for confirmed on-site weeks (passed through at cost).
- Deposits that secured exclusive calendar holds within 10 business days of the start date, unless we cancel.
Work already started
Once path inventory workshops or production captures begin, fees covering that phase are earned. Remaining phases may be cancelled under the partial-refund rules above.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a reserved on-site or remote measurement window once at no charge with at least 7 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a reschedule fee of 10% of the affected phase. Client no-shows for confirmed sessions are charged as delivered time.
Deposits
Projects may require a deposit (commonly 30%) to reserve dates. Deposits apply to the final invoice. Refundability follows the cancellation rules in this policy.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
