Timed hop analysis for one primary user or API path so wait time stops hiding between infrastructure and code.
Who it is for
Engineering and operations teams who already collect metrics but cannot explain why a specific checkout, API, or partner call slows under real traffic. Typical sponsors sit in platform, SRE, or application ownership roles in Korea-based or hybrid environments.
Result you should expect
A documented path from edge entry to application handler with wait-time shares at each hop, a shortlist of bottlenecks ranked by user impact, and named owners for the next measurement or change.
Scope
Included: kickoff workshop, hop inventory, two timed capture windows on the agreed flow, annotated path diagram, timing table, findings review session (remote or on-site), and a written summary in English (Korean summary on request).
Excluded: multi-flow programs beyond the primary path, vendor tool procurement, ongoing on-call coverage, and code rewrites. Those can be quoted separately.
Provider and delivery
Led by InfraData Flow analysts from our Ulsan practice. Delivery mixes remote sessions with optional plant or office visits when physical infrastructure is part of the path.
Process and timeline
- Scoping call and access checklist (3–5 business days to prepare).
- Path inventory workshop with your system owners.
- Measurement windows aligned to peak or failure hours.
- Synthesis and review within five business days of the last capture.
Most single-flow assessments complete in two to three weeks of calendar time, depending on change-control lead times.
Preparation
Provide architecture notes, current dashboards, a staging or production observer account as policy allows, and a sponsor who can convene network, middleware, and application contacts.
Constraints
We do not bypass your change process. Intrusive captures require approved windows. Findings reflect the flow and period observed; seasonal peaks outside the window may need a follow-up.
